Exploring EFL Higher Education Learners’ Attitudes Toward Writing Skills Process

Learners' writing attitudes have been heavily debated as a research topic. The main objective of this current investigation is to explore the learners' towards process and functions at higher education level. It designed quantitative approach, with design survey research. Thirty-five learners English Study Program FKIP Universitas Islam Indragiri were chosen samples. researcher utilized questionnaire on Likert scale in obtaining data. Then data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, which included individual scores, percentages, mean attitude findings indicate that toward ranged score 3.83, categorized positive attitude. Therefore, it can be inferred they good skills for because writing.
